Q: When did you start playing music?

A: I’ve been playing piano since I was four years old, taking lessons on and off until I was about thirteen. I then picked up guitar, bass, and a more organ influenced piano style. I started combining my writing and my music around the age of seven and played my first open mic at Cafe Amsterdam in Fairfax, California. Music has always been a part of my life - my family and friends are all supporters and musicians of their own kind.
